fit in some expertise, maybe a defensive stance instead of storm chaser.
really though, you should probably only bring one trap, barbed, and use it as a snare. just pop a barbed in the backlines near the monks so that if monsters try to come get them, monks can kite easier. if the warriors are good and the monsters are kiting them, you can trap offensively and snare the monsters for the warriors/melee. personally, i like barrage and dont see the point of bringing degen in pve, so i like more straight bow damage builds.
barrage, savage, distracting, whirling, maybe comfort/charm.
but yeah, maybe take out flame trap for a rez and apply poison for whirling

is it good if i change apply for Ignite or kindle arrow---->Needling + Ignite or Kindle it kinda pretty good---->the Flame Trap well it usually helps while im pulling especially on naphui quarters thats where it rly worked lol ill just make it build Degen Needling Trapper it kills fast after pulled i may tell u how it works... vs monks i dont know how should i kill them that i agree
can u tell me a good trap build plz

Burning arrow and apply poison are very good skills.
You should have a res and an interrupt (distracting shot is best IMO).
Also, you'll need a whole lot more expertise, reduce your wilderness survival a bit.
Natural stride is better than storm chaser.

its a must (or at least in my opinion) to raise your expertise to 12 so all your 10 energy skills like burning arrow are reduced to 5 energy, otherwise you run out of energy fast.
people say the expertise break is 13, but i did some tests and it is 12...at least for 10 energy skills.

\well thats why i use storm chaser and druids armor and most of the time i get hit with ele dmg
especially on Kryta

yup, 12 and 14 are the breakpoints for 10e (5 and 4 cost respectively) you are correct. 13 exp is for 5e skills. I second (or is it fourth?) removing flame trap since you've already got Burning Arrow if you want a hybrid build anyways. If as you say you are wanting a trap build, lose the bow entirely and go with something similar to sunbear's post (I dont recommend trapper's focus) but the new prep trappers speed which is non elite would fit the optional spot nicely.

That's true, there are loads of elementalist monsters in eastern Kryta.
Soon you will get to the Maguuma Jungle, where you will face mainly warriors, rangers and mesmers, so you can't rely on storm chaser for energy anymore.

your initial build is utter crap, if you wana trap, go full trap, if you wana go marksman, go full marksman, 95% of the hybrid builds around are horrible.
